Service Description
Rezell provides tools for inventory capture, AI-assisted listings, and resale business tracking. The service is operated by Lufti Labs LLC.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
AI-Generated Content
Rezell uses artificial intelligence to generate listing titles, descriptions, pricing suggestions, and item analysis. These are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing to any marketplace. You are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with each platform's rules and all applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your data, photos, and content submitted to the service. Lufti Labs LLC owns all rights to the Rezell platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, violate any applicable laws, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with its integrity or performance. You may not use Rezell to list prohibited or illegal items on any marketplace.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lufti Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or marketplace account actions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the account deletion page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of the State of Oregon.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
